Bryan Jarrett

Bryan Jarrett is a Lecturer at the UC Irvine School of Law. He currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at a global S&P 500 technology company. Previously, he held the position of highest-ranking official at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, overseeing enforcement of federal labor laws covering 144 million workers. Before this, he practiced at top-tier law firms Jones Day and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

His educational background includes a B.A. (summa cum laude) from Brigham Young University and a J.D. with Pro Bono Distinction from Stanford Law School.

Research interests and professional focus align with his extensive experience in labor law, regulatory enforcement, and corporate legal strategy. He teaches courses such as Federal Courts at UC Irvine Law.
