Bryan Jarrett is a Lecturer at the UC Irvine School of Law. He currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at a global S&P 500 technology company. Previously, he held the position of highest-ranking official at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, overseeing enforcement of federal labor laws covering 144 million workers. Before this, he practiced at top-tier law firms Jones Day and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
