Victoria Christoff serves as a Visiting Associate Professor of Law and Government Procurement Law Fellow at The George Washington University Law School, where she teaches analytical writing during fall semesters and government contracts moot court courses in spring while assisting with administration of the Government Procurement Law Program.
Her research centers on Federal Circuit jurisprudence and international government procurement systems, with specialized focus on Latin American procurement market development. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese enables direct engagement with regional legal frameworks and stakeholders.
Prior to this role, she clerked for the Honorable Marian Blank Horn at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Her legal career began as a litigation associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, DC, handling bid protests, SEC investigations, federal litigation, and pro bono asylum cases—including a successful representation for a client from El Salvador.
