Brock Cutler

Brock Cutler is a Professor in the History Department at Radford University. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine in 2011. His research focuses on the intersection of physical environments and sovereignty geography in 19th-century North Africa, with broader interests in environmental history, state formation, and the modern Middle East and North Africa.
