Dr. Brittany Keegan serves as Assistant Professor and Director of Research and Outreach at the Center for Public Policy within Virginia Commonwealth University's L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs. She earned her Ph.D. from the Wilder School in 2018 with dissertation research examining nonprofit roles in refugee socioeconomic integration.
