Britta Ingwersen is a Research Associate at the FIM Research Institute for Information Management and the Business Information Systems Division of Fraunhofer FIT in Augsburg, where she has been working since November 2023. Her academic background includes a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in work and organizational psychology from the University of Trier (2014-2021). Prior to her current role, she gained industry experience as Head of Organizational Development at HORNE in the USA (2021-2023) and through internships at Bosch and PwC during her studies.
