Dr. Bridgette O'Neill is a Senior Lecturer at Bangor University's Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice within the School of Psychology and Sports Science. She has taught mindfulness-based approaches in NHS mental health services for staff and clients since 2002 and conducts international training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living.
