Brian Söderquist is the Endowed Kierkegaard Chair in Christian Philosophy and a Senior Research Fellow at St. Olaf College, affiliated with the Philosophy Department. He holds advanced degrees from the University of Copenhagen (Ph.D.), Yale University (Master’s), and Utah State University (Bachelor’s).

Brian served as co-editor for Kierkegaard Studies: Yearbook and Kierkegaardiana, reflecting his deep engagement with Kierkegaard scholarship. His personal interests include metalsmithing, biking in the Danish countryside, and hiking in Southern Utah.
