Professor Brian Sheppard is a prominent legal scholar at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he currently holds the rank of Professor and previously served as Associate Dean (2010–2015). His interdisciplinary work bridges legal philosophy, behavioral psychology, and technology, with a focus on how legal language influences decision-making processes.
