Brian Patterson

Brian Patterson is an Associate Professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at Oglethorpe University, serving as Division 9 Chair and Computer Science Program Coordinator. He holds a B.A. from Carleton College and M.S./Ph.D. from Iowa State University.

His research focuses on computer science pedagogy, with past work in machine learning, real-valued computation, biological computation models, and theoretical computer science.
