Brian P. McCall is a Professor at the University of Michigan, holding appointments in the Marsal Family School of Education, the Department of Economics (College of Literature, Science, and the Arts), and the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. He also serves as a visiting fellow at the Oxford Centre for Higher Education Policy Studies and has held visiting roles at Cambridge University, Dalhousie University, and UC Berkeley.
