Prof. Brian McCall holds the rank of Professor in three units at the University of Michigan: the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, the Marsal Family School of Education, and the Department of Economics (College of Literature, Science, and the Arts). His research focuses on the economics of education, labor economics, applied econometrics, and social insurance. He earned a Ph.D. from Princeton University in 1988 and has held previous academic positions at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management before joining U-M in 2007.
