Dr. Foutch holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a Master of Science in Engineering from Purdue University, a Doctor of Optometry (OD), and a PhD in Physiological Optics from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
