Brian Hasse is a military professor of national security affairs at the United States Naval War College (Newport, RI) and concurrently a first-year graduate student in international relations at Brown University's Political Science Department. He holds a visiting scholar appointment at Brown's Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs.
