About
Brian Coffey is a Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University. He holds a B.S. (1999) and M.S. (2001) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky, and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University (2005). His teaching responsibilities include undergraduate courses in production economics (AGEC 500) and futures markets (AGEC 520).
His research focuses on the scholarship of teaching and learning, consumer demand analysis, and livestock economics. Before joining K-State, he taught in Central Asia and consulted for small private agribusinesses in the region.
