Andrew Barkley

Andrew Barkley is a Professor of Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University. He holds a B.A. from Whitman College and M.A./Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. His research examines the wheat industry and pedagogical approaches in economics education.
