Dr. Brett Bernstein is Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Chief of Gastroenterology at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. With over 30 years at the institution, he completed his MD training, residency, and gastroenterology fellowship there. He currently directs system-wide GI Services for Mount Sinai Health System and founded/manages Eastside Endoscopy.
His research focuses on endoscopic quality improvement, GI disease management, and healthcare delivery systems. Key interests include:
