Bradford R. Frazier is a Professor of Business and Director of MBA and Master of Leadership (ML) programs at Belmont Abbey College. He holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership with a specialization in Corporate and Organizational Management from Lynn University (2009), an MBA from Pfeiffer University (2004), and a B.A. in Psychology from Pfeiffer College (1992). His research focuses on organizational culture and change, international business, and ethical leadership, with a particular emphasis on globalization dynamics and non-profit leadership strategies.
Dr. Frazier teaches courses such as Christian Ethics and Effective Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Global Business and Marketing. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications, addressing topics like toxic leadership, strategic decision-making, and follower dynamics. He has received the Distinguished Research Award (2013) for his study on diversity education’s impact on pre-service teachers. His recent publications analyze globalization trends, organizational change resistance, and crisis communication in global contexts.
He has presented at over 20 conferences, including the Academy of Business Research and Allied Academies International Conferences, and co-authored a textbook on management practices.
