Bobby Marino

Bobby Marino is an Adjunct Professor at Youngstown State University (YSU) in the College of Education, actively teaching in the Master of Science in Education – Educational Administration online program. With 31 years of experience in education, he previously served as an elementary teacher, middle school principal, and curriculum director. Dr. Marino holds all three of his degrees (bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate) from YSU and currently serves as assistant superintendent for the Trumbull County Educational Service Center, overseeing 20 school districts and 25,000 students.

His research interests focus on educational leadership, school discipline policies, and accelerating administrative training through online platforms. He emphasizes cultural diversity in education, particularly how regional differences shape approaches to testing, instruction, and resource allocation.
