Birgit Grosse-Middeldorf holds the position of Full-time Lecturer in the Department of European Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at Stony Brook University, part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system. She has been affiliated with the university since 1995, teaching a range of German language, literature, and culture courses.
