Bing Bai

Bing Bai is a Professor at the School of Business & Society, University of Redlands. He holds a Ph.D. and M.H.R.I.R. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an M.A. and B.A. (with honors) from Renmin University of China. His professional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at People's Insurance Company of China and Management Consultant at Hejun Consulting Group.

His research focuses on human resource management, organizational dynamics, and international business strategies. He maintains affiliations with the Academy of Management, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Inland Empire Chapter of SHRM, Western Decision Sciences Institute (WDSI), and International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR).

Professor Bai has published in journals including the Journal of Family and Economic Issues, Journal of Human Resource and Adult Learning, Journal of International Management Studies, and Journal of International Business Studies.
