Bill Burford

Bill Burford is the Academic Subject Group Leader for Constructed Environments at the University of Gloucestershire, where he oversees staff, students, and all aspects of teaching, learning, and research within the subject group, including overseas courses. He is also responsible for curriculum development of new programs.

Research Interests:

Bill's research focuses on landscape architecture, sustainability, and urban planning. He has extensive experience in historic garden restoration, green infrastructure projects, and therapeutic gardens. His work emphasizes applied sustainability, construction, and planting design within domestic and public realm landscapes.
