Bianca Freeman is a 2024-2026 UC President’s Postdoctoral Fellow at the Travers Department of Political Science at UC Berkeley. She holds a Ph.D. from UC San Diego’s Political Science Department (2024). Her research focuses on racial hierarchies in international law and state agreements, examining how legal norms reflect global racial power structures. Supported by grants from UC Office of the President, UCIGCC, and APSA, her work bridges critical race theory with international relations.
