Beryl Cuckney

Beryl Cuckney is an Associate Lecturer at Worcester Business School, University of Worcester. With extensive general management experience spanning recruitment, training, change management, negotiation, and strategic planning, she teaches and coaches on Senior Leader Apprenticeships, Masters programs, and Executive Education.

Her teaching interests include neuroscience applications in management and the impact of mental health on decision-making. She brings practical experience from multiple career transitions and focuses on unlocking individual potential across generations.
