Bertrand Lefebvre is an Associate Professor of International Public Health at EHESP (Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique) in France, with a dual affiliation to UMR ARENES and the Centre d'Études de l'Inde et de l'Asie du Sud (CEIAS-EHESS). He holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Rouen and an M.Phil. in Health Geography from the University of Paris Nanterre.
