Benjamin Perryman is a doctoral candidate at Yale Law School and a part-time academic affiliated with Dalhousie University (Schulich School of Law) and Saint Mary's University (Department of Political Science). He is a human rights adjudicator in Nova Scotia and an active board member of the Halifax Refugee Clinic.
