Benjamin Haske

Benjamin Haske is a Researcher at Georg Agricola University of Applied Sciences (THGA), serving as Research Associate and Geodata Manager at the FZN (Research Center for Post-Mining) since August 2020 while pursuing a joint Doctorate in Geomonitoring at TU Bergakademie Freiberg and THGA.

His academic credentials include:

• Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Geoengineering and Post-mining from THGA (2017-2021)
• Diploma in Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. (Univ.)) in Geodesy and Geoinformation from Bundeswehr University Munich (2008-2012)

Dr. Haske specializes in geo- and environmental monitoring systems, with core expertise in geospatial data processing, analysis, and management for post-mining landscapes. He actively contributes to industry knowledge through memberships in the "Geodata Management" working group of DVW e. V. (Society for Geodesy, Geoinformation and Land Management) and the "Artificial Intelligence" working group of the German Mine Surveyors Association.
