Ben Kelly

Ben Kelly is a Visiting Professor of Architecture and Adaptive Reuse at the Manchester School of Architecture, part of the University of Manchester. He is a Royal Designer for Industry (RDI) appointed in 2007 and has worked on iconic design projects across the UK, Asia, and Europe.

• Notable projects: Hacienda nightclub, Media Space (Science Museum), The Study (Manchester Museum), BIMM Music School, and The Whitworth.
• Specializes in post-industrial aesthetics, adaptive reuse, and cultural-exhibition design.

His work is featured in the V&A Museum and British Council collections. Kelly leads Ben Kelly Design (BKD), focusing on interior design, spatial innovation, and historic preservation.
