Beata Grembecka

Beata Grembecka is a researcher in the Laboratory of Neurobiology within the Department of Animal and Human Physiology at University of Gdansk's Faculty of Biology. Her work explores neurobiological mechanisms of neurodegeneration using experimental models.

Research focuses on Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease models, examining neuroprotective compounds (spermidine, dimethyl fumarate) and neuromodulation techniques. Recent publications investigate glial cell involvement in neuroinflammation and cannabinoid receptor modulation.
