Barbara Resnick

Barbara Resnick is a Professor at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in the Organizational Systems and Adult Health department. She serves as the Associate Dean for Research and Co-Director of the Postdoctoral Program, with a focus on geriatric care and implementation science.

• Research Areas: Dissemination and implementation research, health promotion in older adults, function-focused care, and behavioral approaches in dementia management.
• Grants: Principal Investigator for NIH/NINR and NIA-funded studies (2016–2021) including Implementation of EIT-4-BPSD in Nursing Homes and Function Focused Care for Assisted Living.
