Barbara Chaparro is a Professor of Human Factors at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Human Factors & Behavioral Neurobiology. She leads the Research in User eXperience (RUX) Lab and previously directed Wichita State University's Software Usability Research Laboratory (SURL). With 28 years of industry and academic experience, her research focuses on usability assessment, mobile computing, and user experience across diverse technologies.
