Dr. Banjo Roxas is an Education-focused Lecturer in the Management Discipline Group at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School. He has over 25 years of academic experience across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Sweden, the Philippines, and Vietnam. His research focuses on sustainable strategic choices of firms, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in emerging economies, exploring their resilience in volatile global environments. He teaches strategic perspectives of organizational change, innovation, and international business.
