Bala Dharan is the Robert B. and Candice J. Haas Visiting Professor in Corporate Finance Law and Senior Lecturer at Harvard Law School. He has taught at HLS since 2008 and holds concurrent roles as J. Howard Creekmore Professor Emeritus at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, Visiting Professor at MIT Sloan School of Management, and Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group. His expertise spans accounting, corporate law, finance, and litigation consulting.
