Dr. Ashwin Unnikrishnan is a biomedical research scientist and Head of the Molecular Mechanisms in Leukaemia Laboratory at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), affiliated with the School of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Health. He is also the inaugural recipient of the Breakthrough Fellowship from the Leukaemia Foundation and Tour de Cure, and a co-Chair of the School of Clinical Medicine's Early- and Mid-Career Professional, Clinical, and Academic Researchers (EMPCAR) Network.
