Ashok Khanal, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), San Antonio, Texas. He previously served as Assistant Professor at Finlandia University (2018–2020) and Department Chair at the National School of Science and Technology (NIST) in Nepal (2007–2011). He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Michigan Technological University (2018).
