Ashley R. Gardiner

Lieutenant Colonel Ashley R. Gardiner serves as an economics instructor and course director for Principles of Economics (SS201) and International Economics (SS484) at the United States Military Academy, while concurrently leading the Army’s Talent Based Branching Program as Program Manager in the Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis (OEMA) to optimize officer-branch talent alignment.

His academic credentials include:

• Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School

Specializing in Economics and International Economics, LTC Gardiner applies theoretical frameworks to military manpower analysis and talent management, bridging classroom instruction with real-world Army personnel strategy through his OEMA leadership role.

He is married to Erin Gardiner, an Army combat veteran, and they raise three daughters together.
