Arup Ghosh

Dr. Arup Ghosh is an Assistant Professor and Department Chair of Math and Computer Science at Graceland University. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Ajou University (South Korea), an MS in Computer Science from the University of Trento (Italy), and a BTech in Computer Science & Engineering from WBUT University (India). Prior to Graceland, he served as faculty at Vellore Institute of Technology and worked as a Research and Development Engineer at UDMTEK Corporation in South Korea. His teaching and research focus on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networking, and PLC-controlled manufacturing systems. He has developed specialized tools like MPFDT and FBMTP for fault diagnosis in industrial systems, and contributed to environmental studies involving arsenic analysis using green chemistry approaches. His work bridges theoretical computer science with practical applications in manufacturing automation and environmental monitoring.
