Dr. Kyungnan Min is a Senior Lecturer and Undergraduate Assessment Coordinator in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at South Dakota State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Ajou University (South Korea), and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Ajou University.
