Aron Lee Rosenberg is a Faculty Lecturer in the Department of Integrated Studies in Education (DISE) at McGill University. His work focuses on critical digital literacy, social justice, and media studies. He holds a PhD in Educational Studies (2023), MA in Education & Society (McGill), BEd and BA in English and Theatre (UBC). Rosenberg’s research employs institutional ethnography and arts-based methods to explore how digital practices shape learning and activism.

Rosenberg’s research interests include queer studies, digital ethnography, and the intersection of technology with social/environmental justice. His recent work analyzes how youth use online platforms to engage in activism and learning. He has published on educational change, design thinking in schools, and cellphilming methodologies.

Outside academia, Rosenberg engages in community activism, plays fiddle, and enjoys creative writing. He previously taught high school in Vancouver before pursuing graduate studies.
