Ariane Pfenninger-Schardine is an Associate Professor of French in the Department of World Languages and Cultures at The College of New Jersey's School of Humanities and Social Sciences. She has served as Program Coordinator of the French Program since 1996 and holds multiple ongoing service roles including Faculty Advisor for the TCNJ French Club and WLC Linguistics Program Committee.
Her research focuses on French literature, poetry analysis, and Francophone cultural studies, with specific expertise in 19th-20th century poets.
