Ariane Noel de Tilly is Professor of Art History at Savannah College of Art and Design. She holds a Ph.D. in Art History from the University of Amsterdam and specializes in time-based media, conservation ethics, and contemporary art critique. Her research examines temporality in video installations and socially engaged art practices.
Her publications analyze artists such as Mike Kelley, Stan Douglas, and ATSA collective, focusing on re-exhibition challenges and socio-political dimensions. Recent work explores intersections between fiction and documentary in early video art.
