Arian Rostami is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Unit of Police Work within Umeå University, Sweden. Holding dual PhDs in Public Health and Social Work, his research focuses on sexual and gender-based harassment in police work, work-related stress, and job satisfaction metrics among law enforcement personnel. He also investigates marital satisfaction and social support networks in healthcare staff, particularly in Iran.
