Ari Mamshae

Ari Mamshae is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Political Science, University of Oslo, specializing in the politicization of bureaucracy and its impact on governance. His research focuses on politically appointed public managers, organizational performance, and trust in government within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and broader Middle Eastern contexts.
