Arevik Gnutzmann-Mkrtchyan

Arevik Gnutzmann-Mkrtchyan is Professor of Economics at the University of Regensburg and Deputy Academic Director of the Leibniz Institute for East and Southeast European Studies. Her research focuses on international trade, trade agreements, political economy, and development economics with regional expertise in Eastern Europe.

Key research areas include:

Her work has examined trade preference withdrawals, customs union effectiveness, and services trade competitiveness.
