Dr. Arash Rudman serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Adelaide Dental School within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at the University of Adelaide. He also holds a lecturing position at the University of Sydney and collaborates with the Menzies Centre for Health Policy and Economics.
His research expertise spans several critical areas in oral health:

- Oral health challenges of the ageing population
Dr. Rudman is particularly recognized for developing the "Triangle of Inequality in Dental Services" conceptual model and advancing methodological approaches in counterfactual multiple mediation analysis using the Ratio of Mediator Probability Weighting (RMPW) approach.
As a health systems researcher, he employs qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method methodologies, collaborating with institutional partners including the Centre for Oral Health Strategy and NSW Health. He conducts quantitative policy analysis and supports evaluation of the Primary School Mobile Dental Program.
