April Rowsey

April Rowsey, DBA, is an Assistant Professor of Management at the McAfee School of Business at Union University and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Baylor University. Her teaching focuses on Organizational Behavior and Management Communication, emphasizing effective business communication and collaborative team skills for undergraduate and MBA students.

• Education: Bachelor's in Business from the University of Arkansas, MBA from Baylor University, MEd in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University, and DBA from the University of Dallas.
