Antonio R. Moreira is a Professor in the Department of Chemical, Biochemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). He also serves as Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, overseeing units such as the Library & Gallery, Center for Global Engagement, and the Hilltop Institute, while maintaining teaching and research responsibilities.
