Anthony Speaight

Anthony Speaight is a Visiting Professor in the Surrey Law School at the University of Surrey. He practiced at the Bar in London from 1973 to 2021, was appointed a QC (now KC) in 1995, and elected a Bencher of Middle Temple in 2004. His professional roles include serving as Chairman of the Editorial Board of Counsel (Journal of the Bar of England & Wales, 1991-1995) and Chairman of the Access to the Bar Committee (Bar Council, 2004-2006).
