Richard Salter KC is a Visiting Professor at the Commercial Law Centre, University of Oxford. He is a practising barrister at 3 Verulam Buildings, Gray's Inn, and serves as a Deputy High Court Judge and arbitrator under ICC/LCIA rules. He has held significant roles including Bencher of the Inner Temple (1991), Chairman of the Bar Council Legal Services Committee (2010–2013), and will be Treasurer of the Inner Temple in 2025.
