Annette Hibner

Annette Hibner is an Adjunct Instructor at Bethel University, affiliated with the College of Adult and Professional Studies and the College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a B.A. (2010) and M.A. (2016) in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University, along with an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy (2023) from Edgewood College.

Hibner’s professional experience spans outpatient therapy at Seasons Counseling (supporting children, adults, couples, and families), administrative roles at the Family Center, non-profit business administration in Minneapolis, and higher education administration. Her research and teaching interests align with counseling psychology, organizational leadership, and marriage and family therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, podcasts, audiobooks about psychology and biographies, and spending time with her family and two elderly poodles.
