Dr. Annette Anderson-Engler serves as Department Chair of Social Work at Saybrook University. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Science from Saybrook University (Pasadena, CA), an MSW in Clinical Social Work from Walla Walla University (WA), and an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University (FL).
Her research focuses on trauma-related issues including ambiguous loss, PTSD in military families, transgenerational trauma transmission, and identity displacement.
